Training

One of our core commitments is to developing every member of the church in the gifts that God has given them. We do this in a variety of ways. Each year we invest heavily in a group of interns who are trained in Christian leadership. We also provide regular support and training for small group leaders, those involved in prayer ministry and those contributing to other specifc areas of church life (e.g. teaching, preaching and worship leading).

We also run other training courses and events to help everyone grow in their discipleship and gifting. These include topical seminars and training in mission and evangelism.
