Student Houseparty - Janury 15-17 2009

What is it?

The Kings Student Houseparty is our annual escape into the wilds of the Northern winterland (well, to be more specific, to the warmth of a Christian Conference Centre!) It’s three days of fellowship, food, teaching, worship and experience of God together.

When is it?

The coach will leave Durham about 3pm on Thursday 15 January 2009, back about 3pm on Saturday 17. That’s just before term starts. If you need help with accommodation for the Saturday night do let us know in the ‘Anything else you’d like to mention’ box below.

Where is it?

Knock Christian Centre in Cumbria. It’s an indoors centre so we don’t need to worry about bad weather, but set in beautiful countryside so wonderful if we get good weather.

What’s on the programme?

Chris, Phil and the student team will host the event. We’ll have a guest speaker (TBC), four or five sessions getting deeper into God and into His word, lots of time for worship, a programme of entertainment, good food and plenty of time with friends old and new.

How much does it cost?

£45 for everything to cover our costs. (If the cost is genuinely prohibitive please speak to Chris Juby or Phil Trainer, we may be able to sort something out.)

How do I sign up?

Bring your completed form and payment to a Kings Sunday meeting. Cheques payable to “King’s Church Durham”. Places are limited and go on a first-come first -served basis. We always sell out so get your form in as early as possible.
