Student Houseparty

What is it?

The Kings Student Houseparty is our annual escape into the wilds of the Northern winterland (well, to be more specific, the warmth of a Christian Conference Centre!) It’s three days of fellowship, food, teaching, worship and experience of God together.

When is it?

The coach will leave Durham about 3pm on Thursday 12 January, back about 4pm on Saturday 14. That’s just before term starts. If you need help with accommodation or can offer accommodation for the Saturday night do let us know in the ‘Anything else’ box below.

Where is it?

This year we’re going to Whithaugh Park, which is just over the Scottish border. Accommodation is in fully-equipped cabins. It’s a beautiful location!

What’s on the programme?

Phil, Chris and the student team will host the event. Andy Byers will be our guest speaker. We’ll have four or five sessions getting deeper into God and into His word, lots of time for worship, a programme of entertainment, good food and plenty of time with friends old and new.

How much does it cost?

£47 for everything to cover our costs. (If the cost is genuinely prohibitive please speak to Phil Trainer or Chris Morgan we may be able to sort something out.)

How do I sign up?

Give your completed form and payment to Phil Trainer or Chris Morgan. Cheques payable to “King’s Church Durham”. Places are limited and go on a first-come first-served basis. Full payment guarantees a place. It’s a real help for our admin if you can sign up as soon as possible. Thank you!

Pick up a form at a Kings meeting or fill it in online.

Once Phil has received your form you can also pay online.
