New Musicians Session

We will be running a session for those wanting to get involved with music at Kings on Monday 19 October, 7-9pm at the Appleby Rooms.

Whether you’re new at Kings or whether you’ve got hidden talents, this is the session to see how best you can get involved musically.

The requirements (beyond being a worshipper) are:

1. that Kings is your church (in Durham at least)
2. that you’re reasonably confident playing in front of groups of people, and
3. that you can play from chord sheets (rather than full musical notation, although those who prefer notation should watch this space.)

We will have a drum kit, keyboard, bass amplifier and PA, you will need to bring all other instruments.

This term we’re particularly looking for drummers, bass players and electric guitarists.
